Frequently Asked Questions

Who comes for life coaching?
People who come for life coaching are ordinary people who are experiencing life as being unfulfilling in some way. This may be due to problems in a relationship, work-related stress or issues around career development.

Talking to a life coach is a way of understanding your life and, through this, starting to take responsibility for making different choices.

How long does life coaching last?
I offer both short-term and long-term work. The number of sessions will depend on the reasons why you are seeking life coaching. Some people come to life coaching with very specific issues whilst others come with a more general sense of dissatisfaction.

Is life coaching confidential?
Life coaching is a place of safety and trust. Life coaching is confidential.

In line with best coaching practice, I take aspects of my work to a supervisor in order to have another professional perspective. Your anonymity is respected throughout this process.

How much does it cost?
In central London each session costs £50. I charge £40 per session in Kent.

Telephone coaching or coaching via Skype costs £40 per session. All sessions are 50 minutes long and take place on a regular day and time once a week.

A small number of lower cost places may be available. Please contact me for details.
