About Me

After graduating with a BA Dual Honours Degree in French and German from Sheffield University, I worked for over 18 years in a variety of marketing, product development and management roles within the travel industry for companies such as First Choice plc and Eurotunnel plc.

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from The Psychosynthesis & Education Trust in London, a course accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

As a BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist (MBACP Accred), I adhere to the BACP's ethical framework for good practice. I am also a member of the Psychosynthesis Professional Association.

Further study includes a Certificate in Coaching with the Centre for Coaching, a course accredited by Middlesex University and validated by the Association for Coaching, and a Counsellor to Coach Masterclass with the Centre for Supervision Training.

I have worked as a volunteer counsellor with PACE, London’s leading charity promoting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community.

In helping clients to gain insight around their issues and to make changes in their lives, I have worked with people of different sexual orientation, of all age groups and from different cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
